Returns
You have 72 hours to return toners and spare parts, and 1 week to return photocopiers and printers from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products such as toners and spare parts cannot be returned if they have been used or installed. Printers and photocopiers can only be returned if they do not match the description or if they are faulty without the customer’s fault.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, in the case where the wrong product was shipped, Color Masters will bear the shipping cost.
Exchanges
We prefer to exchange items whenever possible. If the product shipped was incorrect, and we do not have what you want in stock, we will offer a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 72 hours to process.
